1. Delivery Information (From Merchant to SFM US Warehouse)

Merchant Delivery Partners

Merchants partner with multiple delivery companies and, as a result, delivery time, policies and process can vary. Your order will follow the timeline and process set forth by the delivery partner chosen by the Merchant. We do not have any influence or control in determining which delivery company is chosen by the Merchant.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on:

• The Merchant
• The Merchant's delivery partner
• Stock availability
• Shipping method
• Carrier conditions (weather, transport delays, etc.)

Typical delivery estimates:

• Local Merchants: 1–5 business days
• International Merchants: 7–21 business days

These are general estimates provided by the Merchant and may vary. Please note that some Merchants doing business in the United States fulfill their online orders via 3rd party Merchants located outside of the US. As a result, delivery might take longer than expected. It is your responsibility to read the shipping origin details on the Merchant's website prior to confirming your order with us.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on the Merchant and will be displayed on their website.

Possible charges may include:

• Standard or express delivery fees
• International shipping fees
• Customs duties or import taxes (for international orders)
• Special handling fees (if applicable)

2. Shipping Information (From SFM US Warehouse to RA)

How Shipping Works

Once your order is delivered to our US warehouse, it is processed and dropped off to our Partner Carrier within 1 business day. When this occurs, your order status will be updated with the anticipated arrival date.

Shipping Time

Shipping to the RA takes 3-9 business days. Weather conditions and unforeseen events (i.e., pandemic, war, etc) that are out of our control may affect shipping time. You will be notified if there is a delay as a result of an unforeseen circumstance. We are not liable for loss or damages caused by conditions or events that are out of our control.

Shipping Fees

The shipping fee for all standard sized packages is 3500 AMD per kilogram and is calculated using the actual weight of the parcel. Your package will be weighed by our Partner Carrier and the total weight along with the shipping cost will be added to your order details. You must pay for the shipping fees in order to receive your item and any unpaid fees can result in account termination and/or legal action.

An additional charge may apply for irregularly-sized packages.

Shipping fees are subject to change as a result of global economic changes.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the rare event of a damaged or lost package, we will file a claim with our Partner Carrier and follow the claim until the issue is resolved.

3. Receiving Your Order in Armenia

Yerevan Province

Complimentary home or office delivery is available throughout Yerevan

All Other Provinces

Home or office delivery is available for a fee of 4000 AMD

4. Payment Information

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank cards and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) as methods of payment.

Reasons For Payment

Deposits into your SFM wallet cover the following costs:

Order Total

The order total consists of the cost of the item (including VAT) and the delivery charge if applicable. We pay the Merchant on your behalf after receiving your payment.

Service Fees

• Placing and Managing Orders: 5% of the item cost (excluding VAT) with a minimum of 2500 AMD. This fee will automatically be calculated when filling out the request form
• Returns
  • From US Warehouse back to Merchant: 1000 AMD per order
  • From RA to USA: 2500 AMD per order
• Delivery outside of Yerevan: 4000 AMD per order

Shipping Fees

International shipping is calculated by actual weight and costs 3500 AMD per kilogram via air freight from the United States of America to the Republic of Armenia.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed using secure, encrypted payment gateways.

We do not store credit card or banking details on our servers.

Payment Confirmation

All deposits made to your account can be viewed in your SFM wallet.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are placed 7 days per week and will be processed no more than 24 hours after the request is received.

Orders received during national holidays may be processed on the next business day.
