For the safety of our customers, employees, and partners, Shop For Me www.shopforme.am does not accept orders for certain items. This policy complies with international shipping regulations, customs laws, and safety standards.

By using our Services, you agree not to request any of the items listed below.

1. Illegal & Regulated Items

• Weapons & Firearms: guns, ammunition, explosives, tactical gear, knives designed as weapons
• Drugs & Controlled Substances: illegal drugs, prescription medications, CBD/THC products, drug paraphernalia
• Counterfeit Goods: fake designer items, unauthorized replicas

2. Hazardous & Dangerous Materials

• Flammable Items: lighter fluid, fireworks, gasoline, propane, aerosol sprays
• Chemicals & Toxins: pesticides, acids, mercury, radioactive materials
• Batteries (Certain Types): loose lithium batteries, wet cell batteries, damaged batteries
• Compressed Gases: oxygen tanks, CO₂ cartridges, fire extinguishers

3. Perishable & Restricted Food Items

• Fresh Food: fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, seafood
• Live Animals: pets, insects

4. Fragile & High-Value Items (Limitations & Restrictions)

• Jewelry & Precious Metals: items valued over a certain threshold may require insurance
• Fragile Electronics: high-value electronics may be subject to additional packaging requirements
• Fine Art: original artwork, collectibles, or antiques require special approval

5. Items Prohibited by Carriers

Our shipping partners have their own restrictions. Items prohibited by carriers include but are not limited to:

• Liquids over a certain volume including perfumes and colognes
• Magnetic materials

6. Customs & Import Restrictions

Certain items cannot be imported into the Republic of Armenia or may require special permits:

• Items violating intellectual property rights
• Telecommunications equipment (without proper certification)
• Medical devices requiring import licenses

7. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including:

• Orders from retailers with questionable practices

8. Consequences of Prohibited Item Requests

• Your order will be declined immediately
• Your account may be suspended or terminated
• No refunds will be issued for service fees if the order was already placed
