1. Introduction

Welcome to Shop For Me www.shopforme.am ("SFM," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide an online service where users ("you," "your," "user," or "customer") can request that we order products from third-party sellers ("Merchants," "Retailers," "Stores," "Shops," or "Suppliers") on their behalf and arrange shipment of their order through a third-party courier ("Carrier," "Partner Carrier," "Courier," or "Shipping Company").

By using our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shop For Me is your online shopping partner that facilitates online order placement and coordinates delivery to Armenia via a Partner Carrier. By using our Service, you authorize us to purchase and ship products on your behalf, using your name and personal information.

We do not manufacture, store, or own the products purchased. All products are supplied by third-party Merchants.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate personal, contact, payment, and delivery information

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All information you provide is truthful and current
  • We are authorized to use your name and personal information to order and ship your package to the Republic of Armenia
  • You have the necessary funds to cover the total cost of the order which includes the product price (inclusive of VAT, current state of California sales tax), SFM service fee and shipping fee (shipping fee is determined by our shipping partner and calculated once the order reaches their facility)
  • You are responsible for providing complete order details including size, style, color, fit, price and Merchant shipping price when submitting an order
  • You will keep your account in good standing by paying off any outstanding amount owed
  • You will not request any Prohibited Items
  • You have read and agree with the Merchant's Terms and Conditions
  • You have read the Merchant's Return Policy and are informed of the return window
  • You cannot request Merchant tracking information from us
  • You cannot attempt to contact the Merchant yourself in order to resolve an issue

5. Ordering Process

Submitting an order is fast and easy. Once you have decided on your order, follow these steps:

  1. Start an order request by filling out product details in the form on our website
  2. Ensure that your SFM wallet has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product (inclusive of VAT) and the SFM service fee. In the event of insufficient funds, deposit funds into your SFM wallet using the payment option on our website
  3. Review the order and confirm by clicking "Submit Order"

Upon receiving your request, we place the order on your behalf and the order status in your account is updated with a confirmation. The Merchant will mail your order to our US warehouse where it will be processed and dropped off to our shipping partner.

Product availability, pricing, or delivery times to our warehouse are controlled by the Merchant.

Our 3-9 business day transit time to the RA starts the business day after your order is delivered to our US warehouse.

6. Pricing & Payment

Your account must be in good standing and any outstanding balance must be paid in order to continue using our service. If your wallet has a negative balance, we reserve the right to freeze delivery of your order and will not take responsibility for any damages caused by the delay. If a negative balance exceeds 30 consecutive calendar days, your account may be subject to termination.

  • You agree to pay the product price (including VAT), shipping costs, and applicable service fees
  • All payments must be made using accepted payment methods listed on our website
  • We require full payment of the product price (including VAT) and service fee before placing an order
  • We require full payment of the shipping cost in order for you to receive your item

Note: VAT (value-added tax) is a state and federal required sales tax enforced in the State of California. The VAT will automatically be calculated at the current rate once you enter the product price.

7. Service Fees

The service fee covers Shop For Me's personnel costs associated with placing orders, facilitating deliveries and providing customer support.

We reserve the right to change service fees at any time and you will be notified if a change takes place.

8. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery and shipping times depend on the Merchant and our Shipping Partner and here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Shipping to the Republic of Armenia is based on Merchant delivery and your order will be dropped off to our Shipping Partner no later than 1 business day after the order is delivered to our US warehouse
  • Delays caused by the Merchant, courier issues, customs, or other external factors are outside our control
  • Loss or damage from the Merchant to our US warehouse and from our US warehouse to our Partner Carrier is our responsibility
  • Loss or damage from our Partner Carrier to the RA is the responsibility of our Partner Carrier. In the rare event that your parcel is lost or damaged, we will file a claim with our Partner Carrier and follow the claim until the issue is resolved
  • Your order status will be updated when the parcel has left the US and an anticipated arrival date will be provided
  • Upon arriving in the Republic of Armenia, your order status will be updated and you will be notified
  • Complimentary delivery will be provided in Yerevan. Delivery outside of Yerevan will cost 4000 AMD

9. Cancellations

Before Order Is Placed

If you request cancellation before we place the order with the Merchant, you will receive a full refund including the SFM service fee.

After Order Placement

Cancellation may not be possible and the request will follow the Merchant's Cancellation Policy. You may request a return for eligible orders and you can read our Return Policy for details.

Our service fee will not be refunded and you will be responsible for restocking fees, if applicable.

10. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Refunds and returns strictly depend on the Merchant's policies. It is our responsibility to contact the Merchant regarding your return request but we are not responsible for Merchant decisions that are supported by their Return Policy.

You must notify us within 2 business days if your order is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products

We will file a claim with the necessary party (either the Merchant or our Partner Carrier) in order to receive a replacement or a refund. It is important to note that some Merchants will only offer a replacement and we have no impact on their decision.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product, our 100% money back guarantee will cover the cost of your entire order (price of the product, SFM service fee and shipping fee) and a full refund will be issued. We will arrange for product pickup within 3 business days in order to process your refund. A refund will not be issued until we receive the product.

11. Product Information & Liability

We do not guarantee:

  • Product descriptions which include but are not limited to material, color, fit, style, durability, quality, size, overall look and function
  • Safety of items

For your protection, we do not order from Merchants that seem unreliable and reserve the right to deny an order request from a Merchant that we deem as such.

All product information is provided by the Merchant.

We are not liable for any damages arising from products ordered through our Service.

12. Prohibited Items

You must not request:

  • Illegal or restricted goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items prohibited by shipping carriers or international trade rules

We may refuse any order at our discretion.

13. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Using best practices when participating in customer appreciation programs which include but are not limited to giveaways, promotions, loyalty and referral programs

Accounts are created after a two-step verification and we limit one account per registered phone number.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that have suspicious activity or violate these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for the affected order which includes the product price (including VAT), SFM service fee and shipping fee

Shop For Me guarantees a full refund if your order is incorrect.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms at any time and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

Any disputes must be resolved in the Republic of Armenia.
